today must be a super day of remembering.

I forgot how meditative painting is.
I forgot how fun cooking is.
I forgot that life is more than conspiracies and fucked up political malarkey.
most importantly:
I forgot that I'm allowed to be silly.
fun, playful, juvenile.
I forgot to look for the magick,
in every little thing.
